Description

Day 1: Arrival Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you will be greeted by your driver and transferred to your hotel where you will check-in. You will then spend an overnight in Istanbul. Day 2: Istanbul Old City Tour You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel, before departing for your full-day tour to the heart of Sultanahmet. You will visit the Blue Mosque (also known as the Mosque of Sultan Ahmet), which boasts a unique feature of 6 minarets. You can view its glorious interiors and distinctive blue tiles, and proceed to the only remains of the Hippodrome of Constantinople, which consist of 3 monumental columns and a fountain. Next up, you will visit Topkapi Palace, once the seat of the Ottoman Empire. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will tour Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, before being driven back to your hotel for another overnight in Istanbul. Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise Tour After meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel, you will depart for a half-day Bosphorus cruise tour. The Bosphorus divides Europe and Asia geographically, but also connects the two continents on a cultural and historic level. Following the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for a 1.5-hour domestic flight to Izmir. Upon arrival at Izmir Airport, you will be greeted by your driver and transferred to your hotel. You will check-in, before spending an overnight in Kusadasi. Day 4: Cappadocia Red Tour After meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel, you will start your full-day tour. You can view the rock formations in the Devrent Valley, before continuing to Pasabagi, where you will walk amongst the amazing fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. You will then have lunch in Avanos, where you will also view a terracotta demonstration. After the workshop, you will leave Avanos to see the Goreme Open Air Museum. Here you can discover many differently-cut rock churches, complete with frescoes on the walls and paintings of Byzantine Art. You will then visit Uchisar Castle, the highest point of the region, where you have unique panoramic views over Cappadocia. On the way back, you will visit the three fairy chimneys near Urgup, before spending an overnight in Cappadocia. Day 5: Cappadocia Green Tour You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel and start your full-day tour. You will begin with a visit to the underground city of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, once a place of refuge for 15,000 Christians. You can witness the ancient bedrooms, the church, the meeting hall and food storage rooms in this eight-storey city connected by 30 kilometers of corridors and passageways. Next, visit the Selimiye Monastery in Selimiye Village. Take a hike along the Ihlara canyon, which sits 4 kilometers along the Melendiz River. You will then reach a local restaurant in Belisirma where you can enjoy your lunch under the trees, and on the way back you can stop at the Panoramic Pigeon Valley to take photos. That evening, you will spend another overnight in Cappadocia. Day 6: Travel to Antalya After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and transfer to the Goreme bus station for your 5-hour bus journey to Antalya. Upon arrival at the Antalya bus station, you will transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day will be yours to spend as you please, before you overnight in Antalya. Day 7: Antalya City Tour Meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel, and start the full day by driving to the west side of the city. You will start with a round-trip on the Tünektepe Cable Car Ride. After reaching the top you will be rewarded with great views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city. Then, you will head to the Düden Waterfall where you will have an hour's free time, with lunch provided. The last stop will be to the Karpuz Kaldıran Waterfall, where the river falls directly into the sea. Following the tour, you will return to your Antalya hotel. Day 8: Fethiye After breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and meet your guide before transferring to the Antalya bus station for your 5-hour bus journey. Upon arrival in Fethiye, you will transfer to your hotel in Oludeniz. After checking in, you can enjoy the rest of your day before your overnight in Oludeniz. Day 9: Blue Lagoon Boat Trip, Fethiye You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel, before beginning your blue lagoon tour. You will start with a visit to Oludeniz Beach, where you will have the option to do paragliding. The cruise will visit one of the first blue cruise destinations Bedri Rahmi Bay, where a painting was added to the natural rocks to give it a feel of something special to those who visit. You will then return to Fethiye Harbor, before returning back to your Oludeniz hotel. Day 10: Bodrum After breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and meet your guide before transferring to the Fethiye bus station for a 4-hour bus journey to Bodrum. Upon arrival at the Bodrum bus station, you will transfer to and check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day will then be yours to discover the city, with its stone-paved narrow streets, turquoise beaches, colorful nightlife, and Mediterranean cuisine. Day 11: Travel to Pamukkale After breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and meet your guide before transferring to the Bodrum bus station for your 5-hour bus journey to Pamukkale. Upon arrival in Pamukkale, you will transfer to your hotel where you will spend that night. Day 12: Pamukkale Tour You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel and start your day tour. This town is a World Heritage site, made of fascinating white terraces and pools created by calcareous hot spring water flowing down the mountains. You will visit the antique pool of Cleopatra, which has 24,000 different minerals in its water, and will also visit the Ancient Hierapolis. Following the tour, you will be transferred by bus to the Denizli bus station for your 4-hour bus journey to Antalya. Upon arrival at the Antalya bus station, you will be greeted by your driver and transferred to your hotel for your overnight in Antalya. Day 13: Ephesus Tour After meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel, you will drive to Ancient Ephesus, the best preserved classical city in the western Mediterranean. Here you will find the largest open-air museum in Turkey, complete with marble streets, the Library of Celsus, the Great Theater, the Odeon Temple (one of the seven wonders of the Ancient world), the Temple of Artemis, and Agora. Ephesus is also one of the 7 Churches of Revelation, and holds the House of Virgin Mary. Following your tour, you will be driven back to your hotel for an overnight in Kusadasi. Day 14: Flight to Istanbul Following breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul.
