- Passengers must carry a passport or ID valid for at least 180 days. Children traveling without a legal guardian require travel permission.
- If passengers lack valid documents or travel permissions and are denied entry at passport control, no refunds will be issued.

- Departure times during summer season from Kos are at 09:30 and 11:30; return departures from Bodrum are 16:00 and 18:00.
- Arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure for boarding procedures.
- Port tax of €5 per passenger is payable when redeeming your ticket at the booth.
