Racers on the tour of Turkey arrived in Bodrum (Turgutreis) on the evening of the 25th of April and left for Selcuk (Kusadasi) on the morning of the 26th. The distance of this part of the course is 176km and it is one leg of an enduring bike race that starts in Alanya 1 week earlier in April and leads around the Mediterranean and Aegean coastlines eventually reaching Istanbul by the 28th of April. 2015 is the 51st year of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey. Teams entering are from all around the world and this is a significant event in the world of Bike racing.
